What happens if it rains on the day?
Drones can't fly safely in heavy rain or strong wind. If the weather isn't safe to fly, we'll agree a new time with you.
Do you travel outside Klang Valley?
Yes, we fly nationwide. Travel outside Klang Valley may carry an extra charge, which we'll quote before you book.
How long until I get my video?
Raw footage arrives within 2 days. Edited videos take 3 days, or 2 days with Sky Max priority delivery. Everything is sent to your Google Drive.
How do I secure my date?
A deposit secures your booking. We'll confirm the amount and terms on WhatsApp before you pay.
Can you fly at my venue?
Most places are fine, but some areas, like near airports or government buildings, have flying restrictions. Send us the location and we'll check before the shoot.
Can I add FPV to another package?
Yes. You can add a 30-minute FPV session to any package, indoors or outdoors.
